Why can't I see the customer I referred on my ambassador dashboard?

If you referred someone to Publer and they don't appear on your ambassador dashboard after upgrading, they need to specify who referred them in their Settings.
To add the account that referred you to Publer:
- On the Profile Dropdown go to Settings.
- Scroll down on the Referred by field.
- Click on Add Referrer.
- Enter the exact username of the referrer.
- Save the changes by clicking on Save.
Keep in mind:
- You cannot add yourself as the referrer.
- This can only be set once and cannot be changed, so ensure the correct username is entered. The referrer can find their username on their ambassador dashboard if needed. Learn more about it here.
- Commissions will only be appointed for future invoices, and not the past ones.

- Open the Publer app and tap the workspace image in the top-left corner.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Select Account from the list.
- You will then see the Referred by option. Simply click the Add Referrer button to proceed.
- Enter the exact username of the referrer, and tick the box to acknowledge that you agree it cannot be changed again.
- Save the changes by clicking on Save.
