Why can't I connect my Twitter account?
When trying to connect your Twitter account, you might not be able to see the account listed or you might be getting this error:
This issue is due to recent changes in the Twitter/X domain. The Twitter API still uses the old domain, while your browser may default to the new X domain, causing connectivity problems.
Clear the website data for the old domain twitter.com
or
Open Publer in Incognito mode.
Select Social Accounts on the left of the dashboard and then click the Connect for X/Twitter.
You will be required to authorize Publer to access your account.
Since you are using Incognito mode, you will be asked for the Twitter email and password.
Finally, make sure you connect the account to Publer.
