How to update the billing email address
To update the billing email address :
- Go to Settings, then proceed to the Billing tab.
- Click the Update billing email.
If you are paying through Paddle:
- Enter the new email address you will be using for billing purposes.
- Then, tick the acknowledgement box, and click the Save button.
- Here's a preview of how the email will appear when sent to the payment provider:
- The payment provider will respond in a few business days.
- Once your billing email address has been updated, the payment provider will notify you via email.
If you are paying through PayPro:
- Enter your new billing email address.
- Then, tick the acknowledgement box, and click the Save button.

- Once your billing email address has been updated, they will notify you via email.

Keep in mind :
- Changing your login email under the Access & Log In tab won't affect your billing email address. To update your Billing email address, simply follow the instructions provided above.
- Your payment provider could take a few business days to respond, or they might get back to you promptly.
- Once the billing email address has been updated, all invoices and payment-related communications will be sent to the new email by the payment provider.
