How to enable 3rd party cookies or whitelist Publer

If you see the error: "In order for this extension to work, 3rd party cookies need to be enabled in your browser settings or you need to add 'app.publer.com' to the list of sites that can always use cookies," please make sure to enable third-party cookies in your browser or whitelist 'app.publer.com' in the list of sites allowed to always use cookies. To do this, follow the guide below based on the browser you're using.



Chrome:


  1. Go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data, or simply enter chrome://settings/cookies in the browser URL.
  2. Either don't block third-party cookies or whitelist app.publer.com as shown below.



  1. Close & reopen the extension.


Safari:


  1. Go to Safari → Preferences → Privacy.
  2. Uncheck "Prevent cross-site tracking".
  3. Uncheck "Block all cookies".



  1. Close & reopen the extension.


Firefox:


  1. Go to Preferences → Privacy & Security, or simply enter about:preferences#privacy in the browser URL.
  2. Either don't block third-party cookies.



  1. Or whitelist app.publer.com as shown below.



  1. Close & reopen the extension.


Edge:


  1. Go to Settings → Site Permissions → Cookies and site data, or simply enter edge://settings/content/cookies? in the browser URL.
  2. Either don't block third-party cookies or whitelist app.publer.com as shown below.



  1. Close & reopen the extension.


Opera:


  1. Go to Preferences → Cookies and other site data under Privacy and Security, or simply enter opera://settings/cookies in the browser URL.
  2. Either don't block third-party cookies or whitelist app.publer.com as shown below.



  1. Close & reopen the extension.


Brave:


  1. Go to Settings → Additional settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data, or simply enter brave://settings/cookies in the browser URL.
  2. Either don't block third-party cookies or whitelist app.publer.com as shown below.



  1. Close & reopen the extension.


The above steps should work for all the other browsers that are not covered in this article.
