How to create draft notes in the Calendar
What are Drafts?
Drafts are an amazing feature that can help you organize your posts better. They don't expire, they can be linked to any of the social accounts, found through labels that you have assigned to them, and they can be converted to scheduled posts with one click.
Draft posts in Publer can come in handy in a few ways, because you can revisit and reuse them in the future, but you can also use them as notes. If you set a time and date for your drafts, Draft Notes will show up in the form of notes in the Calendar. They can contain social media notes, important reminders, and more.
To create a Draft Note:
Go to the Create page.
Curate your post and click on Draft.
Toggle on "Set a time and date". You have to specify that so these drafts can show up as notes in the calendar.
Once you have specified the time and date, click on Save.
The Draft Note will show up in the Calendar, for the specific date.
You can view the Draft Note, edit its content & time/date, and communicate with your team members using internal notes.
Keep in mind:
Labels can be assigned to a draft post to easily locate drafts.
Drafts will also show up on the Calendar View and Instagram Feed Preview if they have a specified date and time.
You can Auto-Draft posts within the Feed Preview, as shown here.
