How to connect LinkedIn Profile and Pages

Publer supports both LinkedIn Profiles and LinkedIn Pages, but not LinkedIn Groups.


As per LinkedIn's API limitations, only LinkedIn Profiles and Pages that you own or are an admin of can be added to Publer.


Keep in mind that when posting to LinkedIn, your posts will be shared with all of your LinkedIn audience. You won’t be able to set privacy controls or choose specific groups to view the post.


To add a LinkedIn Page or Profile to Publer:


  • Go to Social Accounts and click on +Connect.


  • You can choose either the Profile or the Page.


  • Whether you select a Profile or Page, you have to make sure that you are signed in to the corresponding LinkedIn account.
  • Confirm the authorization of the account after making sure that you are logged in on the right LinkedIn Account.
  • Select all the LinkedIn accounts you want to manage on Publer.


Note: When adding a LinkedIn Page, you need to be signed in to the LinkedIn Profile with which you are an Admin of this Page. If you are an Admin with a different profile from the one that you have added to Publer before, go to LinkedIn, sign in to the corresponding Profile, and then add the LinkedIn on Publer.

  • Go to Accounts **and click on ** + Add new social accounts



  • Click on the LinkedIn logo.



  • Choose Page/Profile
  • Whether you select a Profile or Page, you have to make sure that you are signed in to the corresponding LinkedIn account.
  • Confirm the authorization of the account after making sure that you are logged in on the right LinkedIn Account.
  • Select all the LinkedIn accounts you want to manage on Publer and click + Connect.



Note: When adding a LinkedIn Page, you need to be signed in to the LinkedIn Profile with which you are an Admin of this Page. If you are an Admin with a different profile from the one that you have added to Publer before, go to LinkedIn, sign in to the corresponding Profile, and then add the LinkedIn on Publer.
