The Apply to all posts option lets you schedule hundreds of posts in bulk for all social accounts while applying the same settings to all at once.

To apply post options to all posts in bulk:

• Click on the Create button.
• Upload multiple posts in bulk as you normally would. Learn more on how to schedule in bulk here.
• Select one or a few social accounts on the left-side.
• When you need to make a change apply to all the posts options, click on **Apply to all posts **for each setting.

Auto-schedule/Recycle

• Choose to either Auto-schedule the posts or Recycle them by clicking on the dropdown arrow.

• You can select labels and other options when setting up AutoSchedule or Recycle.
• To apply these settings to all posts, click on Apply to all posts.

• Save and schedule your posts accordingly.

Location

• Click on the location icon.

• Select a location for your posts.
• Click Apply to all posts to apply the same location to every post.

• Save and schedule your posts accordingly.

Media Options

• Click on the media icon.

• Choose the watermark/ album or board for each social account respectively.
• Click Apply to all posts to make sure all media settings are applied across posts.

• Save and schedule your posts accordingly.

Signature

• Click on the pen icon to access signatures.

• Select the signature of your choice.
• Click Apply to all posts so the signature is added to every post.

• Save and schedule your posts accordingly.

Follow-up comment

• Click on the message icon to add follow-up comments.

• Add the comments and click Apply to all posts so all posts include the same comment.

• Save and schedule your posts accordingly.

AutoShare

• Click on the share icon.

• Set up AutoShare preferences for your posts.
• Click Apply to all posts so the same AutoShare settings are applied across all.

• Save and schedule your posts accordingly.

AutoDelete

• Click the bin icon.

• Set the auto-deletion time frame for the post.
• Click Apply to all posts so all posts follow the same auto-delete rule.

• Save and schedule your posts accordingly.

Add a delay between accounts

• Click on the hourglass icon.

• Set the delay time between posts.
• Click Apply to all posts so all posts follow the same delay rule. Learn more about adding a delay between accounts here.

• Save and schedule your posts accordingly.
